Botkier Street Style: Which Botkier are you? #VALENTINA

Botkier loves street style! There are so many fashionable ladies strutting their style on the streets of New York City. This week we decided to change things up and take our #VALENTINA shoulder in berry out for a stroll through SoHo to see how these #botkierbabes would wear her!

Each of these ladies has their own individual look, so we asked them why they loved #VALENTINA and snapped some photos of them. Now we want to know what YOU think! Whose Botkier Street Style do you like best? See below the images for voting instructions.

All About EDEN – Holiday Resort 2011

The Holiday Resort season always comes as a bright spot as Fall comes to an end and winter sets in. We start dreaming about a fabulous getaway somewhere chic and HOT! This season for the holidays Botkier has introduced bright statement bags that will accessorize any trip and remind you that winter will eventually give way to warmer weather…

The above trio of EDEN satchels is the best example of color blocking anyone can dream of. Chic and structured with unique hardware and bright clever color combinations to make any outfit pop!

It’s always great for us to see how the cool girls wear our bags. Above here is Natalie Suarez of Natalie Off Duty followed by our girl Aimee Song of Song of Style and Wendy Lam of Nitrolicious out and about in NYC. Their styles are all so different and they each make EDEN their own, a designers dream come true!

These images are from our inspiration board for Holiday Resort 2011. Photographed by Andrew Yee for a colorblocking story in  How to Spend It Magazine. Color blocking is a huge theme this year and continues as a strong trend into 2012. Love the red jacket above!

The photo above is a huge inspiration for me, I have it tacked up in my office. It’s from one of my favorite coffee table books – Hotel Il Pellicano, “Swimmers and Sailors”, Robert Scio (photographer), published by Rizzoli New York. I want to go back in time when I look at it!

This is a photograph I took myself while on holiday in Portugal. It was so beautiful there, the brightest blues in all imaginable hues. You can literally feel the sun on the kids backs… The family vacation, moments that pass too quickly.

Speaking of, this is a very personal moment for me on a family vacation at the age of 4 with my aunt in Miami. Talk about on trend, my bathing suit back then was right on! Good memories live in bright color.  xoxo Monica

Fashion’s Night Out… a night in at Botkier NoLIta!

Fashion’s Night Out turned out to be a fabulous night in for us down at our NoLIta boutique. We hosted a DIY party where Botkier Babes came down to decorate their very own eco friendly totes with Swarovski crystals, iron-ons, leather, studs and more! All proceeds from the sale of the totes went to benefit Oxfam.

S is for Style, a Fashion Diary

S is for Style, a Fashion Diary…

Dear Diary, so today my DD (dear daughter for those not familiar with mommy blog lingo) whipped together an outfit that had me thinking, this kid has some spirit. Completely inspired I thought let’s document these as I wish my mother might have done and create an archive of the ultimate in independent thought and creativity – kid fashion! Hungarian peasant blouse, Gap jeans, moccasins above. Various J.Crew pieces below.

We can see where it all started. Beloved ‘Blankie’ had been turned into a Mad Max type ensemble a few years back. The transformation made us all proud. Stay tuned for more inspired looks from Casa Botkier.
